Golden Globes: Best Dressed
From metallic to sheer, long to short, the stars went all out fabulous at the Golden Globes this year.
Cut out dresses are so in right now, and this might be one of the hottest I’ve seen. The gold colour and rich texture of this dress take it to a whole other level. By far my favourite look of the night.
We’ll admit, the girl could do with a tan, but the dress is so understated and simple that it somehow manages to make her stand out in the crowd. Gorgeous.
The rouged detailing on the bodice and mermaid cut of this gown work perfectly with Hayden’s frame petite frame.
No one ever said that older women can’t land up on the best dressed list. And Sally Field is the perfect example of this. We think she deserves kudos for her elegant style!
Helen Mirren can also teach some of the starlets a thing or two about red carpet style. Can you believe this lady is 67? And just look at that body!
Wow! I can’t remember when last Helen Hunt has looked this good. This metallic dress is simply a stunner.
I am in love with Isla Fischer’s dress! Sparkly, metallic, and a bit of sheer. The ingredients of an award winning gown
Jennifer Lawrence looked so striking in this full length mango coloured gown. The metallic belt accentuates her teeny-tiny waist and the colour looks amaze with her skin tone.
Just look at how perfectly Jessica Alba paired her make-up (especially the orange lips) with her dramatic peach coloured gown. We’re not in love with the feathery clutch, but how spectacular is that neckpiece?
Another cut out dress that definitely deserves some recognition belonged to funny girl Kristen Wiig. It’s simple and understated but eye-catching and oh-so-hot!
Oh Miss Lea Michele! This look is simply stunning. The colour, the texture, and the cut –perfect, darling!
Olivia Munn’s gown wasn’t too over-the-top but still stunningly striking. The black skirt and turquoise bodice complement each other perfectly, as do her accessories and simple hair and make-up.
Rosie Huntington Whiteley
Supermodel/Actress Rosie Huntington Whiteley added some drama to the red carpet with this stunning black gown with leather detailing.
