This couple didn't allow logistics to get in the way of their love... Take a look at their story.
We met in late 2004, I completing my final honours year exams and he starting a new business in our home town.
Of course, it was never meant to be anything serious. I had just accepted a job 800km's away and was due to start work in early 2005.
After spending the greater part of November and the first part of December together...we amicably, but sadly, parted ways as we knew all too well that 'long distance doesn't work'. As much as I kept telling myself it was for the best, my heart was broken since I had fallen in love with this man in a matter of weeks.
So after 3 days of tears, Jacques and I decided to see where the relationship would take us, despite the complication of logistics. I continued on to my new job 800km's away and we kept in touch. Each time we saw each other, the more we would want to see each other and the more in love we grew.
