My kingdom for a bra that fits!

Sometimes I just don’t understand the modern world. More than 40 years ago we sent a man to the moon, but today, it’s still a remarkably rare occurrence to find a bra that fits comfortably.

Finding a bra that fits comfortably and does what you want it to do with your ladylumps is nigh impossible.

Finding a bra that fits comfortably and does what you want it to do and doesn’t look like something salvaged from post-war Berlin is a bona fide miracle.

I don’t wholly blame the manufacturers though. A woman’s breasts are like her fingerprints. Unique. Not only is each pair of boobs not identical, but even two boobs on the same woman aren’t alike. And they get bigger or smaller at the drop of a hat. I have a bra that's either too small or too big for me depending on which time of the month I wear it.

So, it only makes sense that your normal run of the mill bra is going to be an instrument of torture.

To be fair, every woman has at least one comfortable bra that make her breasts look the way she wants them to. But I don’t know a single woman who has more than one of those. If there are any women out there who has, please, I beg of you, share your secrets with the rest of us!

When I said earlier that I don’t blame the manufacturers I may have been a bit generous. Have you noticed that we’re suddenly all supposed to have the same breast size? If you’re anything from a triple A to a D you will not be able to find a pretty bra that is padded or push up. If you are a B-cup and you’re happy with that sorry for you. Your boobage will be enhanced whether you like it or not.

Alternatively, if you’re a DD or heaven forbid, an E you’ll have to resign yourself to wearing beige ouma bras that do their level best to make your boobs look conical for the rest of your life.

We need variety dear underwear makers. Give the big-breasted women a chance to wear pretty bras and give the small-breasted women a chance to look like themselves and create more sizes, dammit!

Unsightly bra-fat on our backs is not our fault! What about bringing out sizes 33, 35, 37 etc too? And why isn’t there a BB or a CC?

Come on, ladies. I think we should start a revolution
