Are you bored of your work outfits, but don’t have lots of money to replace your entire wardrobe?

Here are some tips on re-styling your existing wardrobe to make you feel like you have had a complete closet makeover.

Tip 1: Make sure you own the basics. You need black cropped trousers that are tailored to perfection and at least one or two casual smart skirts or pairs of culottes in darker hues. Pair these with different blouses, tops, makeup and accessories to update your look daily.

Tip 2:  Look for new mix and match options.  If you always wear your grey trousers with your white peasant top, try wearing it instead with your navy cropped trousers or high-waisted denim skirt. Play around with some items before you go to bed at night. This gives you time to plan new outfits, instead of grabbing the same old outfit every morning in a mad rush.

If you always wear your jacket and skirt together, try mixing them up and wearing them as separates.  Will your jacket work well over a dress or would your skirt work well with a tucked in blouse rather than a jacket?  Think out the box and have some fun.

Print on print is always a great option:

Tip 3:  Restyle a few pieces.  Sometimes just wearing something differently can make you feel fabulous.  If you have a shapeless dress, top or blouse, try adding a wide belt right up into your waist to give it shape. Try adding fresh new on trend accessories to change up an old outfit or pair a casual item like shorts with a tailored jacket and heels for an instant boost of cool like Leandra Medine...
