Do you.

Just do you today.

1.    Moisturise your face

Do an at-home facial and then take moisturisation to another level. Make it a ritual. An act of self-love.

Moisturising your face properly and massaging your skin during this process can make be truly meditative - if you let it.

And you'll be left looking glowy AF!

So goooood....

2.    Eat French fries

The humble potato sliver, fried in lots of oil and made crispy, slap, disco or curly - is, perhaps, might I say, one of the best inventions since sliced bread.

But in 2017, it's often left disrespected. Both loved and loathed simultaneously, Banters, the health-conscious and anyone with an aversion to heartburn, have opted to shun this oily fried sliver.

But make Women's Day an exception.

Treat. Yo. Tastebuds.

3.    Go bra less

Unclip gurls. Unclip.

4.    Do some online shopping

Try The Ordinary on Bay.one. Unpretentious, effective products clinically formulated with integrity.

AND

Get the Ruby Marine Hydrating Mask from Skoon. It is literally one of the best things this world has ever produced.

5.    Make a short list

Be one of those people who sits at a coffee shop for hours, abusing the free wi-fi, sipping slowly on your single R30 cup of coffee. But instead of working on your laptop, go old school and scribble in a notebook.

Reflect a bit on where you are, what you want and put it to paper. Don't think big. Think of small things you want to change in your life, like maybe seeing friends more, and then try to make it happen slowly but surely. Never try to change your life overnight - it's too damn daunting!

6.    Listen to music from your teens

I know we are ALL about the '90s right now, but why not go a bit nostalgic today? Google Play some of those old tracks you used to groove to before you became a cynical working adult who often resorts to routining through life.

It is really eye opening.

7.    Try to give less of a fuck
