Trilogy’s Rosehip Oil

According to InStyle, this oil sells every 20 seconds: that’s 30,240 bottles per week!

It was Kate Middleton’s pregnancy elixir and Victoria's Secret Angel, Miranda Kerr admitted to it being the secret behind her radiant complexion back in 2012.

The Huffington Post explains that the oil is full of vitamins, essential fatty acids and antioxidants which work to correct dark spots, reduce scars and hydrate dry skin.

Available from Bath and Unwind for R650.

Bioderma Micellar Water

This affordable makeup remover has been my skin saving grace since 2014. The product uses the fatty acid known as ester which naturally helps to rebuild the skin's hydrolipidic film, and the highly purified water making it gentle on even sensitive skin.

Like Trilogy’s oil, this French skincare product has been a favourite among celebrities, and The Star notes that it's so popular that beauty professionals stock up on it when visiting Paris.

Available at Dis-Chem for R199 and at Clicks for R220.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

According to Sheer Luxe, the cleanser is sold every 20 seconds! 'It' girl Poppy Delevingne also uses it as part of her morning and evening skincare routine.

Available from Merkado for R1999.

CeraVe Moisturizing Skin Cream

This top-selling moisturiser has a 4.8 rating on Walgreens, with reviews claiming it delivers hydrated and velvety soft skin.

Refinery29 indicates that buyers are hooked from the first use, so it is on a constant re-order.

Shop it on sale for R759 from Merkado.

Erno Laszlo Hydraphel Skin Supplement

This larger, limited-edition toner is difficult to keep on the shelves notes Refinery29. Right now, there are only 8 in stock on Amazon (but hopefully more is on its way!).

In this Marie Claire article, Rihanna's makeup artist, Mylah Morales, said she decided to replace her soap and water with this toner as it doesn’t strip her skin. The customers have spoken: it is a hit and they want more.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil

This is one lusted-after oil and has received a good deal of buzz in beauty magazines. When it first launched in Sephora back in 2015 it sold out in minutes.

Actress Julianne Moore and fashion designer Stella McCartney are also both fans of it. Easy to see why buyers are easily tempted to click "Add to cart".
