Many times over Tennis Grand Slam champion Serena Williams got hitched last week to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. The magical Beauty and the Beast-themed wedding was held in New Orleans, and saw a string of famous guests in attendance.

The fairy tale-inspired wedding saw Serena dazzle in, not just one, but three spectacular designer creations. The first, the ceremony gown, was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, the same designer responsible for Kate Middleton's iconic wedding gown.

The feathered, embroidered reception dress was made by Versace, and according to Vogue it took five embroiderers and a whopping total of 1,500 hours to make the gown.

The party dress, also a Versace, was a shorter version of the reception dress, which was shorter for dancing.

I asked a few people in the office which dress killed it for them:

"I usually love simplicity, but this time around I’ll have to go for Serena’s second dress – the Versace with the cape. I like it mostly because of the feather detail which actually made it look quite aspirational. Unlike the first one it’s more than just a bridal gown, it’s also a piece of fashion." - Afika Jadezweni

"I really love the Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen princess gown, especially because of the bolero/cape that gives the entire gown a classic, elegant statement." - Zakiyah Ebrahim

"My top pick would be the Sarah Burton wedding gown. I am a firm believer of ‘first impressions last’, and whether it was intentional or not, the princess-worthy wedding dress made a statement.' - Naseema Barday

"I LOVE that feathered Versace on her. It suited her so well. While she looks absolutely breathtaking in the full length dress and her ballgown, I like the playful knee length frock the most." - Stefni Herbert

"I loved the first strapless and belted gown. Why? Firstly, we never get to see Serena in a 'ball gown' and secondly, she looked angelic, poised and it created a perfect silhouette for her athletic bod! She looked like a dream." - Natasha Mabuto
