Both Gabriel, father of Halle’s daughter, Nahla; and Halle herself have taken out restraining orders.
According to Gossip Cop, Gabriel’s restraining order against Olivier Martinez happened after the two had a rather nasty fight on Thanksgiving when Mr Aubry dropped off his daughter.
There are obviously different stories as to who klapped who first, but, according to Gabriel’s court filing, Oliver not only hit him first, but also threatened to kill him. WOAH!
It is alleged that the wicked seed was planted the day before the big fight.The male model says things got a bit tense when he picked Nahla up from school, and claims Mr Martinez whispered these threats into his ear in French, “I wish I could beat the shit out of you right now. You’re lucky we’re in a school right now. We’re going to take Nahla right now and you’re not going to follow us.”
Yikes! Aggressive much?
The next day, instead of being greeted by the nanny as normal, Gabriel came face-to-face with Olivier once again. He was told by the Knight and Day actor that they “needed to talk”, when Olivier allegedly jumped off the steps and attacked Aubry, slamming his pretty face into the driveway.
Gabriel also says that Olivier kept screaming about their failed court battle to move to France with Nahla; how it cost them $3 million (R26.5 million), that they intended to move anyway, and Halle’s baby daddy better follow them or he would be killed.
And, as if that wasn’t bad enough, it is also alleged that Olivier said, “You’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you,” after he revealed that the cops had been called.
If any of this is true, I would not want this man near my daughter or myself. That just screams psychopath.
Gabriel was arrested after the fight, and Halle has since filed an emergency restraining order, barring him from coming near her, Olivier Martinez or Nahla.
Olivier, of course, is saying that Gabriel started it all.
