Should Charlie Sheen have paid off Lilo’s debt?

Apparently Charlie and Lindsay met on the set of Scary Movie 5 (there was a Scary Movie 5?!) and have been friends ever since.

So much so, that he wrote her a $100 000 cheque to help cover her tax debt.
