Now as the official beauty sponsor of SA Fashion Week (SAFW), Woolworths’ WBeauty is pulling out-of-the-box beauty at SA’s most highly anticipated fashion event, adding further anticipation by hosting two beauty masterclasses in Cape Town and Johannesburg this past weekend.

In what must be one of their most exhilarating beauty collaborations yet, Woolworths introduced celebrities, media and beauty experts to one of the world’s most sought-after makeup artists, Sir John.

Sir John is not only on call for Hollywood and Entertainment royalty, he's also a favourite amongst fashion elites, thanks to his signature versatility and creativity which has made him one of the most respected names in Beauty today. This young artist has achieved his own star status with snaps of his globe-trotting life and behind-the-scenes work on luminaries like Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian West, Viola Davis, Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls, Chrissy Teigen and Khloe Kardashian. Priyanka Chopra and Margot Robbie. As his name portends, Sir John is makeup nobility.

“We’re thrilled to be working with a visionary like Sir John,” said Woolworths Head of Beauty, Vivienne Joseph, “his innovative take on the world of beauty, coupled with our new role in SAFW aligns perfectly with our vision for WBeauty, which has gone from strength to strength.”

Sir John will be showcasing his incredible talent with the diversity of the WBeauty range by setting the makeup looks for the runway at SAFW this week.
