General overview: Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

The year starts with a full moon in your sign highlighting the need to take your intuitive hunches more seriously. 

Find a moment on the 2nd of January to reflect on the important intentions and goals you have for the year. 

2018 can be quite challenging as you are forced to face your responsibilities and make some serious commitments. 
Uranus moves into the sign of Taurus mid 2018 adding a new dimension to group related activities, friendships and financial support. 

You may find you will need to let go of outdated support structures and focus on new ways to support yourself. 

The key focus for 2018 and 2019 is to find supportive partnerships and serious commitment. If you are feeling stuck in a rut, now is the time to do the hard work to re-find your own purposeful direction. 

Love and relationships

The abundant Jupiter energy is in your house of fun for most of this year. 

You have the opportunity to have a blast and make the most of the moment, but don't get too carried away as Saturn is watching you and will push you back on course (which can be uncomfortable) if you are drifting too far away or avoiding the responsibilities and commitments that need your attention this year. 

For a while now you have been feeling the powerful undercurrent energy of Pluto pushing you out of comfort zones, and now Saturn is moving in and intensifying these feelings. 

You can no longer ignore the signs or the feelings. It is time to take the reins and steer your way forward consciously and purposefully. 

Whether you are moving into the next level of your relationship or moving into a more independent place, the focus is still on commitment. 

For some it may be tying the knot, for others it may be taking yourself more seriously, but the bottom line is that you cannot sit on the side lines and watch and wait.

You need to get stuck in and do the hard and purposeful work that will ultimately be your support structure for many years to come.

Work and money

There are some big changes that are happening that will force you to restructure the way you earn and save your money. 

You may need to downscale or consolidate things to work more practically for you for the present and future. 

You cannot hold on to the past if it is holding you back. Create new structures that are more beneficial in helping you move forward. 

You may go into partnership with someone that can support you in some way and there may be a few wake up calls later in the year where you need to reassess or go back to something and re-work it.

November and December can be a very busy time work wise – make sure though that you don`t end up with all the hard work while others take a backseat.
