General overview: Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
The most significant planetary shift for 2018 is your ruling planet Saturn moves into its home sign Capricorn and will be around solidifying and renovating the foundation areas of your life for the next 2 years.
It is time for serious work and serious commitment which you tend to do anyway, but this time when you set your mind to something and you lay down those strategic bricks, the cement can dry and fix things in the right place for the long term goal.
The key words for this phase are: Eliminate what is no longer working, consolidate what can still work and find ways to make them work more effectively for the long run. Slow and steady is definitely the best pace to win the long distant race.
Love and relationships
Power and purpose are high on your agenda, so relationships need to be on par with this ambitious goal.
For those people that are ready to take on the long term commitment and work with you are in, but fence sitters or non committal people are pushed to the side as you don't have time for games that just complicate things for you.
Uranus moves into Taurus from mid May which could churn up a few new party tricks that you may be keen to try... but again only if there is a long term benefit attached to it.
Your relationship with a child or children may shift with the Uranus energy moving into this area.
Friendships can grow and you may attract new people or groups into your life as Jupiter shines its abundant light in this area.
There are a serious of eclipses starting with 13/7 (solar), 27/7 (lunar) and then 11/8 (solar) that can be quite a significant and perhaps an emotional period where your confidence may get rocked a little and communication can also be limited or a situation delayed and you need to resort to your own resources rather than rely on others over that period.
Work and money
With serious Saturn entering your sign you are ambitious and keen to do the hard work to push things forward in the right direction. You may take on a role of authority and your responsible nature will take things very seriously indeed.
You are looking at an approx two-year hard working period to lay the foundations and then you will start seriously reaping the rewards as Jupiter moves in and adds its abundant energy into the mix.
You may start to expand your group and community driven work which can reap some benefits for you this year. Watch out for a deal that may not work out the way you anticipated between the 5/10- 17/11/18.
Also around 27/6-28/8 your confidence levels may get tested and you may find you need to revise or reassess a few things as the Mars retrograde may through a curve ball in the way and you need to detour or go to plan B if things don't quite go the way you planned.
Power is still the key word for you and the focus is to consolidate and build on things to make them work for you in 2018. Patience and persistence will pay off in the long run.
