General overview: Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Innovation is the theme that starts 2018 for you. Think out of the box and work progressively forward.
This can be an exciting year as you step into new territory and renovate your foundations to fit where you are going.
Saturn moves into Capricorn emphasising the need to work methodically and strategically.
Slow and steady will definitely help to secure the structures for you and it is important, because you definitely want to build your way up and in order to do that, your foundations need to be rock solid.
2018 can be seen as the starter pack for things that will start manifesting and showing themselves quite powerfully from the end of 2019 – 2022.
Make wise and calculated decisions and get all the facts on the table before moving forward. The focus is not about how fast you can go - it is about investing your time and money wisely. You are in it for the long run.
Love and relationships
2018 is definitely a hard working time for you, but your flirty nature needs to play a little too. An old connection may reappear (Oct/Nov) and prove to be quite significant in some way.
Jupiter also moves into a prominent placement during November, expanding new opportunities in the area of relationships. This can be a bountiful time as Jupiter in Sagittarius knows how to do things in a BIG way.
I will highlight the Mercury retrogrades for 2018 as communication is a very important part of relationships, and this may be a time where you need to slow down and pay extra attention to the finer details:
• 23/3/18 – 16/4/18 highlights the area of friendship and group related matters.
• 26/7/18 -19/8/18 highlights communication and paying closer attention to your immediate surroundings and neighbourhood. This retrograde starts at the same time as the Lunar eclipse and can be a time where things trigger a deeper insight into what is going on.
• 16/11/18 – 7/12/18 focuses on investments and partnership matters. You will get pushed to uncover the deeper information rather than just focussing on the surface level.
Work and money
2018 may prove to be the catalyst year. You need to make major decisions on what dreams you can still work on and what needs to be discarded.
Now is not the time for chasing rainbows or putting your ideals too far ahead - you need to stay present and focused and have a clear and practical strategy to work towards.
You may only see the results of the hard work later in the year or more likely in 2019.
In the meantime, there may be some important people that you meet along the way. Nurture these connections as they could prove to be very significant in future dealings.
There may also be some endings and some exciting new beginnings with regards to investments. Try to sort out your debt and consolidate your accounts to work strategically for you - anything that is not constructive needs to be reworked or let go of.
