General overview: Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
2018 starts with a powerful conjunction between the feisty and driven energy of Mars mixed with the larger than life expansive energy of Jupiter in your sign.
This can be a force to be reckoned with and you need to direct it positively to get the best results. If left to its own devices it can be like a runaway fire – destructive and leave you with a lot of work rather than the opportunities that you can attract if you play your cards right this year.
A healthy life style is needed to handle the intense pace. Avoid the tendency to binge eat on the run as it will take its toll on your body.
Jupiter will be in your sign for most of 2018 adding an element of good fortune and the chance to expand your horizons. If your life has become a little tired or stuck in a rut, the expansive energies of Jupiter may magnify things and push you to make some important shifts.
This movement can then generate new opportunities for you. It can be a very exciting and adventurous year, but you need to make some clear intentions and get the ball rolling.
Love and relationships
There are some serious rumblings this year that make you relook at your foundation areas in regards to your key relationships.
The erratic energy of Uranus moves into the area of relationships pushing you out of your comfort zones and adding unexpected twists and turns that can be exciting or daunting depending on the situation.
This is just a pre taster as Uranus will move in more firmly from mid 2019 and stay around until 2026, so for those digging their heads in the sand hoping things will just blow over, think again.
Change can be very refreshing and offer you a whole new outlook on things.
So with the fortunate energy of Jupiter in your sign and the chance for refreshing changes, your year can open up and offer you a whole lot of new experiences, but you need to let go of fear and control patterns and move with the flow.
Work and money
2018 is a full-on year where you can plant many seeds and attract many opportunities, but you may only start to see the financial gain by the end of 2018 and possibly only in 2019.
You may choose to change business partnerships or shift how you work to accommodate the changes that are happening personally, business related and globally.
There seems to be a strong focal point in on-line work as well as communication driven skills that can generate work for you. You have the power so use it constructively to inspire and work towards the bigger picture.
Around the end of June until September 2018, there may be a few things that get reassessed or brought to the surface to be renovated. Again these are just the beginnings of something that will intensify and grow in 2019-2020.
Watch out for dodgy dealings around October 2018 when Venus goes retrograde in your sign.
