Gail returns with the hope of a new life and measure of stability from David, but everything comes at a cost. Before long, one of her longest-standing relationships is in jeopardy and her trust for David is wavering, but her legendary determination forces her to fight to come out on top.
Andrews, is looking forward to stepping back into Gail’s shoes after a break which stretches to half a decade. “It’s always been my intention to return to the Rhythm City family,” she says. “Gail is a very brave, upfront and an in-your-face character who is unfiltered and calls it like she sees it. She’s still the same ambitious and hard-working woman - and unfortunately she still isn’t the best judge of character or situations, but she’s honest and has a good heart”

Fans know the character well, but here’s a reminder of where Gail left Rhythm City
Gail worked as Miles Vilakazi’s PA at Redemption Records before David got hold of the company. When S‘bu left redemption to start his own company, Hustle, Gail chose to go with him. It didn’t take long, however, for her to move out of S’bu’s shadow and make a career and name for herself as a DJ on 9-Nine.
