These women asked their crushes out – and shared their hilarious responses

Asking someone out is never easy, but these women decided to take the plunge – and share the responses they received with the world.

It all started when British relationship blogger and expert Oloni encouraged her followers to face their fears and text the guy they found extremely attractive. She then asked them to share their responses – whether good or bad – on Twitter for everyone to see.  

"Ask that guy you fancy out on a date and tweet me a screenshot of his response," Oloni wrote.

Some lads were more than happy to take the women up on their rather surprising offers, but others were not all too keen to go on a date…

From “I’d rather not” to an “ew no” several women got replies they’d probably rather forget.

Luckily for some taking part in the worldwide experiment, the chap in question didn’t think twice about saying yes to a night out. “I’d love to go on a date with you,” said one overjoyed fellow.
