She's walked the runway for Kanye West's Yeezy fashion brand five times and has even been called his muse. Now, whether or not you believe this to be a positive career move for Amina Blue I'll leave up to your personal discretion, but it actually says quite a lot.

Refinery29 notes that Blue, a 24-year-old half-German, half-Pakistani model who grew up in The States is going places as a model. And she's doing so at a petite stature of 1.55m tall.

Blue has even modelled with some of the new model greats like Kendall, Gigi and Bella Hadid and has, notably, also appeared in the fashion-forward publication, CR Fashion Book, owned by former Vogue France ed, Carine Roitfeld.

In an industry where amazonian models tower above mere mortals, being this short and booking gigs is rare.

But the industry is definitely changing, however slowly. Some examples are models like Lily-Rose Depp who is 1,6m tall, while The Fashion Spot notes that Ghanaian-British beauty Adwoa Aboah is 1,72m - still considered traditionally short for a high fashion model. And they are both making it big both on the runway and when it comes to editorials and campaigns.

Her Instagram is also life. We can see she's a Yeezy gal...
