Here’s an ex who doesn’t know when it’s time to quit.
Brittney Jones, who claims to have shagged Ashton, sold Vivid Entertainment saucy footage which showed her engaging in “very explicit, uninhibited sex with a former boyfriend”.
According to the adult film company, the video featuring Brittney will give viewers the full picture of what Ashton, currently married to actress Demi Moore, might have enjoyed.
“Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced,” the company said.
The actor was linked to 21-year-old Brittney in September when Star Magazine reported that the pair had sex in his lounge room. Ashton denied the allegations. But clearly that didn’t stop Brittney from trying to cash in.
But he’s not even in the movie!
Lawyers for Ashton have told Vivid they plan to sue because they were "trading on Mr Kutcher’s good name and reputation for a commercial purpose". Ashton’s lawyer told mb.com
“It is clear that the use of our client’s name is a principal selling point of the video, and that Mr. Kutcher’s name is being used in order to lure potential customers to buy the video... Your conduct has already caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to our client. We will advise our client to seek recovery from Vivid... to the fullest extent allowable under law for any damages, costs and/or liability suffered by him.”
A spokesperson for the company said it had no comment.
The tape will be released on December 14.
Do you think Vivid should pay up for their marketing strategy? Or is Brittney within her rights to use her shagging Ashton as a career boost?
