Prep your lips
Your lips should be clean, so remove whatever gloss you have on them.
Then, apply some powder (foundation could do the trick!) as it makes the colour POP – and also helps it last longer.
Outline your lips
Next, you want to add definition. If you’re using a dry lip liner, then make sure that the tip of the pencil is sharpened.
For fuller lips, apply the liner to the outside edges of your lip line. And vice versa.
Lipstick application
For best results, use an actual lipstick brush to apply the colour.
Remember to always start at the centre and then blend outwards, evenly.
TOP TIP: After your base application, gently dab your lips on a tissue and reapply a second layer.
