How to perk up sad winter skin

Stop neglecting your skin during winter! We are all guilty, let's just admit it right off the bat.

We tend to take much better care of our bodies during summer. This is just fact. We take a sabbatical from shaving our legs, moisturising our bodies from head to toe and tend to use less perfume. Because, why bother?
