Pippa was spotted running around Wales in an empire waist dress and short black jacket with white trim, accessorised with a black bag and flats.

Unlike most of Pip's previous ensembles, I'm not really excited by this one. I mean, sure she’s no Lady Gaga, but a little colour would have been nice. Anyways, it's not my opinion that counts. It's yours. Thoughts?
