4 people who made the commute to work seriously fun

accreditation

Let’s face it, the worst parts of the day is getting to work and back (unless you have a truly awful job, in which case, I’m really sorry). Especially if you have to take public transport. Hell is other people, after all.

I know this struggle very well. I’ve taken the bus to work for the last 5 years, and while I always have quite interesting stories to tell my co-workers about my daily ‘adventures’, I’m seriously sick of it.

Maybe I should consider copying the behaviour of the commuters in these hilarious videos...

Have a look:

This is Peter Sharp. He calls himself a “social artist”. So, one morning in Fremantle, Western Australia, he decided to start what he called “a dance party” in the train. While it looks like some of these dancers were planted there by Peter himself, it certainly made for an entertaining commute to work.

Also, how nice are the trains in Australia? Damn, Metrorail. Get your shit together.

This guy shaking what his momma gave him on the train is the best thing you will see today. He’s got MAD skills. Those moves are ON. FLEEK. And he’s seriously cool. The only thing we want to know is: what the hell was he jamming to?

Then there’s Joe. He lives in the UK and his daily commute takes about an hour and 10 minutes. Instead of reading a book, playing a game on his phone or browsing the internet, Joe draws cartoon heads and takes pictures of them to look like they’ve been superimposed onto fellow passengers’ bodies. The results were hilarious and, of course, went viral quickly.

Love Ed Sheeran? So does this guy who lipsyncs ‘Thinking Out Loud’ without a care in the world. It’s adorable and awesome at the same time.
