I stumbled across this Wheels24 article earlier today, which got me wondering if that age-old stereotype about inferior female drivers lives on, in spite of the statistics which, in fact, proves the total opposite.
Sure, we suck at ‘skills’ such as parallel parking, but seriously:
How often have you heard of a pedestrian getting knocked over, being seriously injured or dying as a result of a driver who struggled to get her car properly into a bay?
Recklessness on the road... Driving under the influence... Speeding... Failing to wear a seatbelt... Jumping robots... These are what we should be basing our good/bad driver judgements on.
But maybe I’m being too harsh. Or sexist.
Tell me what you think: Who, in your opinion, are worse drivers - and why?
