She looks so unbelievably good for her age, you’d never guess she was a mother of seven.
In fact, Jessica Enslow looks more like she could be her eldest daughter’s sister, rather than her mother.
According to The Sun, Jessica’s youthful glow first attracted attention when she shared a picture of her and daughter Alyssa on Instagram for Alyssa’s 23rd birthday.
Jessica’s followers were quick to spot how well she’s aged with one commenting: “I refuse to believe that you guys are mother and daughter!”
The 43-year-old brunette had Alyssa when she was 19, reports Good Housekeeping. She went on to have another six children with her youngest child born in 2013.
Jessica is currently married to her second husband, with whom she has three children. Her four older kids are from a previous marriage.
She says the weight piled on during her first pregnancy, so much so that she became depressed.
"I literally got home from the hospital and immediately put on my pre-pregnancy jeans only to find they wouldn't go any further than mid-thigh," Jessica told Mail Online.
"This is when extreme fear and a little depression set in."
Although dissatisfied with her weight, Jessica’s poor eating habits persisted and it wasn’t until last year that she began getting in shape.
"I used to eat Nutella by the spoonful and on my toast and on my bananas.
"That's when things started getting really out of hand with my body composition and finally prompted me to change my daily habits."
Jessica most likely has good genes to thank for her youthful appearance, but the 43-year-old is determined to keep her rocking bod in tip-top shape.
She works out three times a week and keeps snacking to minimum because at her age, the body, as she says, “just can't handle a burger, fries, milkshake, and dessert once or twice a week”.
Understandably so, but there’s no denying that this hot momma can even put women half her age to shame!
