Talk about seeing double!
This set of identical twin brothers decided to propose to their identical twin girlfriends together – and now they’re planning to say ‘I do’ in a joint wedding.
Josh and Jeremy Salyers (34) met Brittany and Briana Deane (31) last year August when they all attended The Twins Day’s Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio.
While the Deane twins, who are from Virginia, have been faithfully attending the festival since 2011, it was the Salyers twins’ first time.
But when Josh and Jeremy arrived, they had no idea they’d meet their soulmates.
“When we got there it turned out better than we ever expected,”” Josh told ABC News.
After spotting the 34-year-old Sayler twins, Brittany, who’ll soon be marrying Josh, reveals she felt an instant connection.
“We were sitting on the bleachers and I saw just these two amazingly handsome young men that looked to be about our age,” says Brittany. “And they were walking across the gym floor below."
“It was one of the most magical moments.”
Unfortunately, the twins didn’t see each other again until the last day of the festival at the closing party.
“They were there at the end of the hall,” Briana, who can’t wait to say ‘I do’ to Jeremy, recalls. “They smiled at us and we all started talking.”
After arriving home from the festival, the brothers decided to message the girls on Facebook in hopes that they’d cross paths again at the next festival.
But the Deane twins couldn’t wait that long and instead suggested the guys drive from their hometown of Tennessee to visit them.
After the amazing trip, Jeremy slayer reveals he immediately knew he’d propose one day, reports The Sun.
“You know when you know.
“We’ve always known our whole life that if we were going to get married it was going to be to twins,” says Jeremy.
According to the New York Post, the brothers popped the big question simultaneously while shooting a documentary for Inside Edition.
The sisters, who thought they were filming for an advert, say they were happy they could experience such a special moment together.
"We’ve done so much in life together. Having twin loves of our lives and accepting their marriage proposal at the same time made it that much more special," says Brittany.
"We’ve always felt blessed to have each other and now we have two other twins who are just like us . . . but they also add their own contributions that we couldn’t have. Together we can accomplish anything."
The in-love couples now plan on returning to the Twin Days Festival in Ohio this August to say ‘I do’ at their joint wedding.
