Relationship expert Paula Quinsee shares tips on how to keep the romance alive during holidays.
Spend time together
One way to strengthen your relationship is to find at least 15 minutes everyday to really connect with each other without any distractions. Make it the time where you are fully focused and present on each other and your relationship.
Build the intimacy
Intimacy and sex are often confused as one and the same thing but they’re not. A simple definition is sex is what happens in the bedroom whilst intimacy it’s that sense of being close to your partner, the connection you have with each other and of course the romantic things you do together.
Get the best out of your relationship
If you want your relationship to perform at the level you expect, then you need to put the same amount of energy and effort into it. It’s the little actions taken daily that over time have the biggest impact in our relationship and will be the difference between a relationship thriving or dying.
Go on a date
A date! Sounds easy right? I
mean, that’s how this all started anyway, but we often get in a rut and forget
to date each other. The holidays are great for dating your man – head
out to your favourite restaurant and after you can take a walk. It’s romantic,
and a great chance to talk and cuddle up.
