How to do it:

You stand facing a wall and he stands behind you. You put your hands against the wall with your arms straight. Then you lift your one leg – keeping it straight – 90 degrees behind you, like an arabesque.

(You obviously don’t have to stand en pointe and you must keep your torso in line with your leg so that your body makes a T-shape, thus, your torso will be parallel to the floor and not perpendicular as in the pic.) This makes it a LOT easier. Trust me.

He puts his one arm on your shoulder and supports your lifted leg with the other as he enters you. 

Higher grade variation:

As he supports you with one hand on your shoulder and one holding your leg, you reach back with your arms and put your hands on his waist. Now you can pretend you’re figure skating.
