Flirting mistakes women make

accreditation
You bath, shave and fine-tune your make-up. You're a great catch, you think, and tonight's festivities will definitely secure at least one future date.

And you’re right; heads do turn as you make your way into the club. But, one hour in and four or five double martinis later, all you seem to be attracting are a bunch of rejections, snide advances from trashy-looking drunkards AND *horrors* a ‘look-at-me-getting-my-groove-on’ smile from your BFF who's one-upped you and scored a rather gorgeous Italian bloke.

You're not impressed.

1.    Why isn’t your flirting techniques working?
2.    What makes YOU less approachable? And...
3.    Why aren’t the men lining up to start a conversation?

Well...

•    Sitting with your chin in the palm of your hand will get you nowhere. You have to be proactive!

•    And honestly? Those tacky pick-up lines won't get you far either. Start off with subtle advance and then – when things get heated between the two of you - attempt Dr. Eve’s sexy talk tips.

•    Think you’re better than everyone else? Nobody finds vanity and narcissism attractive.

•    Got the confidence? Great! Remember, though, that there's a fine line between being sure of yourself (a good trait) and coming across as arrogant – be careful NOT to cross it.

•    Too many shots? Getting someone to fall for you is all good and well. But, falling all over yourself... not so much.
