Not only is this 19-year-old fierce, stylish and incredible talented, she is socially aware and a big advocate for social, gender and racial equality.
She deals with criticism is a way that is mature beyond her years and is constantly empowering and inspiring young girls – there really is no end to her awesomeness.
It is for this reason that Barbie has decided to immortalise her by making a Zendaya doll.
According to Buzzfeed, the doll will mirror Zendaya’s 2015 Oscars look and will be presented to her on the 26th of September at the Barbie™ Rock ‘N Royals Concert Experience.
What makes this particular look so significant is the way Zendaya owned the haters in the classiest way after her faux dreadlocks were criticised on Fashion Police.
To refresh your memory, Giuliana Rancic said that feels Zendaya seems like she smells like patchouli oil or weed because of the locs – a comment that got a lot of people angry.
Instead of starting a cat fight, Zendaya took to social media to talk about the discrimination against black hair, how disrespectful is was and chose to forgive Giuliana and encouraged others to do the same.
