Charlie Sheen dodges charges?

accreditation
It seems Charlie may be cleared of charges of assault and harassment in the second degree filed by Christina Walsh, stemming from the New York Plaza hotel incident.

Is the case closed? Well, a New York Police Department source says so, but Christina’s lawyer Keith Davidson says it’s not over yet. He said: "I just had a conversation with the Manhattan District Attorney's office and they have assured me it's still an open investigation."

But, police insiders later confirmed to the New York Post newspaper that though the investigation is still technically open, it is likely to be closed soon, and it is highly unlikely that Charlie will face any criminal conduct.

Do you think Charlie will face these charges or will he get off the hook?
