The women filed their lawsuit in San Diego Count Superior Court in March for unspecified damages, saying they were sacked for rejecting their manager's advances. Apparently, they were "subjected to quid pro quo sexual harassment at the hands of their supervisors... and a sexually hostile work environment."
One of Gerber's business partners and another man have also been named in the suit.
Scott and Walker claim they complained to the Gerber Group's human resources, but the department "continually refused to acknowledge that such practices were occurring at the Gerber bars."
One of the women claims the supermodel's husband attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch in 2008."
But George Clooney has defended Gerber saying, "I was with Rande that entire night as were a lot people. They will all say the same thing that I'm saying. This event never happened. Period."
Clooney has also been named as a witness by Gerber's lawyers.
"This allegation is a blatant lie that will be proven false," a statement from Clooney and Gerber read. "Multiple witnesses, including George Clooney, the bar managers, waitresses and others, will testify that they were with Mr. Gerber for the short time period in question and that Mr. Gerber never kissed or touched any waitress."
"Mr. Gerber and Mr. Clooney are willing to take lie detector tests to prove that the allegations against Mr. Gerber are false. Mr. Gerber will not settle this extortion case even for a single dollar and will take all actions necessary to clear his name, including filing a $10 million lawsuit for malicious prosecution once these allegations are proven false."
This is not the first time that Gerber has been reported to get involved in extramarital sexual practices. In 2004, another woman, who was also a waitress at one of his establishments, openly claimed that she had spent the night with him.
Crawford and Gerber have been married for eleven years and have two children together: Presley, 9, and Kaya, 7.
