Despite Courteney and David remaining close after their split, there are no plans of rekindling and getting back together. In fact, David’s now filed and Courteney has responded to the petition. It’s all very amicable, drama-free and well, kind of boring.
Don’t get me wrong; I’m glad that there wasn’t an ugly end to their 11 year marriage. The world doesn’t need yet another celebrity divorce scandal that scars children and makes fools of everyone involved.
Personally, I think it’s quite nice.
Since there seems to be no prenuptial agreement, it means he could be entitled to a HUGE chunk of Courteney’s moola, including the millions she made whilst on Friends.
The two have also requested joint physical and legal custody of their 8-year-old daughter, Coco.
And the cherry on top of this very amicable split?
Neither have hired high-powered attorneys. Instead, they plan to represent themselves in the proceedings.
