After his tough split with wife Courtney Cox, David has entered rehab to get help after he recently revealed during an interview that "Everybody's worried and concerned about me,when I drink, I become a maniac."
This is not the first time David has been to rehab. The actor has battled alcohol and drug problems over the years.
A friend spilled on David's trip to rehab: "He is in there for drinking and depression, not hard drugs. Rehab was inevitable. He is dealing with a broken heart. He can't handle all the changes in his life. All his inner demons came out."
Courtney has spoken out and showed her support for her ex: "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him."
