Alina Kovalevskaya, who used to be friends with Valeria, is just as doll-like, and according to Jezebel, she now considers Valeria someone she would never want to be friends with or even know
This isn't even the first Barbiedoll fight. Valeria is also disliked by human Ken doll Justin Jedlica, who thinks he's, like, so much more of a real doll than she is. He actually even used the phrase, "I'm not saying she's a drag queen, but".
Dolls can be so vicious and mean.
Valeria's also certainly not new to criticism. Aside from her really odd image, which raises eyebrows enough, she's also quite vocally anti-feminist and racist.
Alina's image is slightly softer than Valeria's, both her appearance and attitude (for example, she doens't hate children), and Tomo News wonders if Alina will be a (hopefully) more diversity-friendly Barbie in the video below:
