Things just got even worse for 45-year-old Oscar winner, Halle Berry. Since Halle and Gabriel Aubry split in 2010, the couple are going through a nasty custody battle over their 3-year-old child Nahla.
Gabriel has filed legal documentation that lists his child support needs, including about R113,000 to rent a home that lives up to the comfortable surroundings little Nahla is familiar to.
So much money? You would think he is unemployed.
But that’s not all, folks…
He also wants Halle to fork out money for a trip to Canada to visit his family and extra cash for the Nahla’s clothing. If Halle’s paying for accommodation, travel, clothing… what, exactly, is Gabriel contributing?
It looks like Gabriel is going all out to make the custody battle very difficult.
As if things are not hard enough for Halle Berry, she just recently had to ask a judge for permission to move from L.A. to France, her fiancé Olivier Martinez’s native land. She fears for her family’s safety after several stalker threats.
Halle’s is not taking this lying down, she has hired Mel Gibson’s lawyer Stephen Kolodny to fight her case against Gabriel.
