Kim Kardashian: More than botox?

Kim Kardashian has admitted to having botox before but insists that she's had any other surgery. "I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done. I've never had my nose done," she said.
 
Asked about her famously large breasts the Kim responded: "Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done"” Kim said would like to have her nose and breasts done… but her butt is all natural. "No butt implants, no butt inject, no anything to my butt," she said.

Hm… right.What do you think. Has Kim had more work done than she's willing to admit?
