Now, the former child star will be charged with lying to the fuzz about the incident, and, according to TMZ, L.A. County Superior Court Judge, Jane Godfrey, will then revoke Lindsay’s probation.
Then, a hearing will be held on the grounds that Lilo violated her probation from her jewellery theft case by breaking the law when she allegedly lied to the police about who was driving her car during the car accident.
Linds hasn’t been charged yet, but only time will tell.
