A photographer is suing the Mean Girls actress for a car accident that happened in January 2010.
Grigor Balyan claims he was badly injured after Lohan's car tried to make a getaway from The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood while he was taking pics of Lohan. According to Balyan’s lawyer, they are suing the actress – and not her assistant who was the one behind the wheel - because the car was supposedly driven at Lohan’s command.
I don’t know about you, but I actually feel a bit sorry for her. Like really, will Lindsay ever get a break from court?
Balyan was medically treated for orthopedic and neurologic injuries and now seeks compensation from Lohan, but his lawyer says Lohan's insurance company made "an insignificant offer". While all he wants for his client is a "reasonable compensation".
Perhaps there’s a strategy to this new legal battle… Balyan probably realised that now’s a good time to sue Lohan - she hopefully still has some millions lying about from her recent Playboy shoot.
