According to TMZ, Lilo was recently at the Hollywood Hills home of her millionaire buddy Sam Magid who, in the midst of an all night party, noticed some missing valuables and subsequently called the authorities.
But wait, the plot thickens…
Lilo’s assistant, Gavin Doyle is also accused of the same crime. Apparently the pair performed the burglary together. Hmmm…odd.
And the strangest of all? Magid has since recanted his story, insisting that nothing was stolen… but the police, however, aren’t closing the investigation.
Lindsay, who is already on probation for a similar misdemeanor, could be looking at jail time if found guilty.
Methinks jailbird orange is really not Lilo’s colour.
