We all remember that crazy group of six friends living in New York, trying to figure out who they are.
The Ross and Rachel saga, Phoebe’s songs about that smelly cat, Joey’s acting career, and Monica and Chandler’s relationship were just a few of the things that made us laugh every week for 10 years.
It was a sad day when the show ended. At least, until the re-runs started.
Personally, I think every generation needs a show like Friends. Something popular that everyone can relate to and get a few laughs out of.
So, we currently have two great shows on our radars; Big Bang Theory – about the hilarious antics of a group of nerds and their female companions, and How I Met Your Mother – the story (or stories) leading up to Ted meeting the mother of his future kids.
Both are pretty funny, and, most importantly, are about a group of friends trying to figure out what life is really all about while falling in and out of love, juggling their careers and everything else.
