Personal trainers are often the epitome of what the everyday person wants to look like. Their toned physiques and beach bodies are often idolised.
But one Australian personal trainer showed that her fit physique isn’t supernatural after all – sharing an important message about cellulite.
Sophie Allen, from Sydney, has shown her Instagram followers that one’s body can look way better with a well thought-out muscle flex.
She posted two pictures side by side while she donned a pair of itsy-bitsy green shorts.
In the picture on the right her bottom looks perky and firm – with her skin looking flawless.
And in the picture on the left her bottom reflects what most women have to deal with on a daily basis. Her buttocks have tiny dimples on them – caused by cellulite of course!
But Sophie did have a little confession to make. She credited her picture-perfect bottom to simple editing, posing and angle tricks. She encourages women, not to be too hard on themselves and to stop comparing their bodies with others.
“We have to embrace and love our bodies as they are, while working towards our healthiest, strongest selves,” says Sophie.
Her post has received more than 22 000 likes on Instagram already.
“Love this! It’s so important for us woman to see real thing,” says a follower.
“Thank you for posting this! So many women young and old are trying to compare themselves to impossible standards,” says another.
Sophie also posted a side by side a picture of herself – captioned “beautiful” –showing her tummy. One side depicted her perfect six-pack, while the other showed her tummy rolls. She again pinned it on perfect angling and strategic flexing.
