It is a sleek and comfortable band which is waterproof and has a battery that will last up to seven days.
The band is designed to discreetly hide a LED display that lights up to show incoming notifications. You can activate the display by double tapping the screen and swiping through the display pages to see the time and date, steps taken, distance, calories, step countdown to a personalised daily goal, move bar, messages received and more.
The move bar features is made up of five segments that begin to fill in after one hour of inactivity so you know exactly how long you have been inactive. As the segments fill in, vívosmart vibrates and displays the ‘move bar’ alert, reminding you to stay active throughout the day.
vívosmart can be paired with a heart rate monitor or bike speed sensor so you can capture more of your active lifestyles by using the timed activity feature to track workouts.
vívosmart can also be used as a remote for the Garmin VIRB or VIRB Elite action camera.
Receive notifications of incoming SMS’s, email, call, calendar reminders and more when your vívosmart is in range of a smart device which it is Bluetooth paired. With a gentle vibration, vívosmart will display an icon indicating the type of notification with a preview of the message and to read more.
You can also set the built-in alarm clock to have vívosmart vibrate and silently alert them that it’s time to start their day – without disturbing others.
vívosmart automatically syncs with the Garmin Connect Mobile app when in range of a compatible Bluetooth device, so you can check the days reports on activity progress, total hours of sleep, periods of movement and restful sleep.
