Adriana Lima, a Victoria’s Secret Angel, has told The Telegraph what she does to step up her body sculpting routine before a show. This young mother has admitted that “Actually, the Victoria's Secret show is the highlight of my life.”
In preparation for the show on the 29th of November she has spent countless hours in the gym – every single day since the 1st of August. She works with a personal trainer and boxes, skips rope and does weights for hours every day.
- 3 weeks before the show she bumps up her intense exercise sessions to twice a day;
- And she trains like crazy, but without eating any solids. She subsists on protein shakes instead;
- She also drinks an astonishing (and dangerous) 4,5 litres of water per day;
- But will have no liquids pass her lips for more than 12 hours before the show to “dry her out.”
Phew. And you thought it only took good genes.
