New father, Jack Osbourne, was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He revealed his dismay at being diagnosed with the illness in an interview with People magazine.
"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?'" Jack said to the magazine. "I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing."
Now, his mom, Sharon, has opened up about her son’s illness on The Talk. Whilst fighting back tears, Sharon said: “He’s doing really really good. And I want to thank everyone for their good wishes and love they’re sending to us.”
She also says: “I’m just feeling sorry for myself and that is no good, so we have to think positively.” Sharon also added that Jack will be making an appearance on the show to talk about this diagnosis.
Jack and his fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed a baby girl in April this year. Jack received his diagnosis just 2 weeks after her birth.
For those who don’t know, multiple sclerosis attacks the brain and spinal cord, and can cause somewhat mild problems or serious disability, such as paralysis.
