Okay. So cognitively we KNOW models are slimmed down and photoshopped and retouched and whatnot, but until we see a fuck up like this one we tend to forget. Because in our heart of hearts we are still the vulnerable girls who stare wide-eyed at these images of perfection and dream and yearn that one day, we too will look like that.
Which is why these images are so important to our collective psyche. Look ladies. This time the retouching had gone wrong. See, it’s not real. Believe it.
