Zille responds to social media upset over Women's Day speech

News24 reports that Western Cape Premier Helen Zille addressed a Women’s Day commemoration event at the District Six Museum on Wednesday where she spoke about the recent local government elections, racism, feminism and the challenges women face in South Africa today. 

While Zille made many salient points regarding upliftment, education and the importance of economic and sexual autonomy for women, one particular comment left critics, and even fans, astounded.
