Low sex drive?

Stress, illness, lifestyle, aging and body image all have their place in the land of low libidos, but while many people consider drugs and alcohol as sexual stimulants and aphrodisiacs, truth is they’re not!

Small amounts of alcohol increases blood flow, but excessive amounts may cause erectile dysfunction, impotence and a decreased libido due to its effect on arteries, veins and *shock, horrors* testosterone levels.

And ladies, before you get off feeling all smug, know that you TOO are risking your sexual prowess with drugs and alcohol.

It’s dubbed Female Sexual Arousal Disorder or FSAD because, well, while women don’t necessarily display any physical problems relating to sex, they do lack the desire for love-making.
