The appeal was due to be heard on Wednesday in the Bloemfontein Supreme Court of Appeal. The Council for the Advancement of the SA Constitution (Casac) gleefully said on Wednesday that Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Minister Thoko Didiza must now provide proof of land rights to the customary rights holders.
