While residents of Scenery Park in East London say they have had peace of mind since the closure of Enyobeni Tavern in June last year, and will do whatever it takes to ensure things remain this way, tavern owner Siyakhangela Ndevu is adamant that he will reopen his business again, no matter what it takes. 

Monday marked one year to the day when young people died during a "pens down" celebration at the tavern.
