NFD high-flyers University of Pretoria are chasing automatic promotion and are also in the quarterfinals of the Nedbank Cup, but the club will not prioritise one competition over the other, according to the team's head coach Tlisane Motaung.

AmaTuks, as the club is popularly known, are one point behind NFD leaders Magesi FC in the race for automatic promotion, with seven matches remaining.
